Admission Process - Modi Public School Siliguri
Procedure of admission in various classes and required eligibility for particular classes are as under:
Filling up and timely submission of admission form is mandatory.
1. Classes Nursery to 1: Interaction
2. Classes 2 onwards: Interview dates will be intimated in advance.
The Following Documents Should be Attached With Admission Form
Nursery - Class 1
a) Photo Copy of birth certificate issued by an authorised institution.
b) Two color passport size photographs.
Class 2 onwards
a) Photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the child.
b) Photocopy of the Mark sheet and Transfer certificate of the previous school for (Class 2 and above).
c) Four recent passport size colour photograph of the pupil, one duly pasted in the application form.
d) Photocopy of SC/ST/OBC / PWD certificate (if any).
e) Original transfer certificate to be submitted to the school at the time of joining.
Minimum age completed as on 1st January, 2025 should be
Nursery : 3 Years
LKG : 4 Years
UKG : 5 Years
Class 1 : 6 Years
Admissions Open for 2025-26
